TwoUp Privacy Policy

Effective: July 12, 2026

TwoUp (the motorcycle rider–passenger intercom app, bundle id com.wahdany.twoup) is built so that there is nothing to collect.

What we collect

Nothing. TwoUp has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Your voice

Your voice is captured by the microphone only while an intercom session is running, streamed directly from your iPhone to the paired iPhone over Wi-Fi Aware (Apple's peer-to-peer Wi-Fi technology), played back there, and discarded. Audio is encrypted in transit by the system. It is never recorded, never stored on either device, and never touches the internet or any server — there is no server.

Device pairing

The one-time pairing between the two iPhones is managed by iOS itself and stored by the operating system on your devices; remove it any time in iOS Settings. TwoUp only sees the paired device's name so it can show who you're connected to.

Purchases

The optional lifetime unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no personal information about you from your purchase. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles App Store transactions.

Permissions

Microphone — required to send your voice to the other phone. Requested on first launch; revocable in Settings → Privacy → Microphone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Since the app's design makes data collection impossible, changes are unlikely.
